12-Step Based Programs in Kansas

The 12 Steps: Basic Tenets
The biggest components of the 12-step system are admitting powerlessness over the substance you've become addicted to, making amends to those you've wronged, and helping others achieve sobriety. Those who have already gone through the program are expected to help "sponsor" others and be a supportive force in their life.
